Starting January 1. 2022, we will require that clients sign a contract for all wedding photography services and portrait sessions. No exceptions! Starting June 1, 2022, in order to book any service with Iconic Visual Studios a $100 - $200 booking fee (plus processing fee) is required. This fee is non-refundable. A signed contract and booking fee are due at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment date. This fee is not included/cover the price of any individual photography or videography package (there is an additional processing fee on these packages). The final payment on all photography packages is due on or before the day of photo shoot.

The balance owed for any photography or videography package will be due before photos or videos produced will be sent to client. The booking fee does not include any prints, digital files or products. These items must be purchased separately. This fee does not apply to our Specialty Wedding Packages. To book these services, 50% of the total cost of service is due upon booking to secure your appointment/service (plus processing fee). (A consultation appointment and contract signature is required to book any of our wedding packages). Editing turnaround time for portrait photography is 2 to 3 weeks and 6 to 8 weeks on wedding photography. We thank you for your patience!
